Your loved one will be brought into our care our by our professional qualified Staff, 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday.*

Mortuary care, dressing and placing into the casket.

All necessary paperwork to allow the cremation to take place as soon as possible.

Standard simple cremation casket and transfer to the crematorium.

Return of ashes.

Death Certificate.

There’s no funeral service or ceremony; no viewing after the deceased is transferred from place of death.

There’s no family present at the crematorium this keeps costs low while ensuring every step is handled with respect and care.

Guidance - We will take you through the process of what will happen, gathering information about the person who has died and provide advice while guiding you through the next steps.

Payment - Once you are comfortable with our plan, and to be able to provide our low costs and easy to use service, we will require payment in full before the transfer of the deceased takes place.

Transfer and legal paperwork - We will transfer your loved one into our care between the hours of 9am-5pm Monday to Friday (see additional charges for after hours), completing the legal paperwork to allow the cremation to take place.

The Cremation - The cremation will take place between 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday. You will be notified the time in which the cremation will take place.

Collection of the Ashes - When the ashes are ready for collection you will be notified and a time to collect them will be organised.
